FAQ

Dog Walks

Your pup needs a well-fitting harness, leash, and poop bags. We also recommend having small treats or kibble pieces in a small bag that we can take on the walk with us.

The price per visit is a flat rate – it stays the same no matter how many buddies we’re caring for.

If you have more than one pup that can be walked at the same time, great! The more the merrier.

If you have more than one pup and they require individual walks, then we can discuss these details during your free Meet & Greet.

We keep pups leashed at all times, except for when they’re safely secured in their homes or fenced-in backyard.

Our first priority is to keep your pup safe, which we do by completely avoiding contact with other animals.

When it’s not possible to avoid contact by crossing the street or stepping off of a path, then we communicate politely but clearly with other walkers to ensure that we understand each other.

In the rare case that a dog approaches us off-leash or out of control of their walker, our strategy is to step between the dogs in order to deescalate and prevent contact.

Yes, of course! We’re here to help you & your pup any way that we can.

Schedule a free Meet & Greet first so that we can learn more about your buddy and discuss the best service options before booking.

No, we are not certified dog trainers. Dog walks/pet care should not be scheduled with an expectation of training.

We are highly experienced dog walkers who are happy to work with your trainer and/or yourself to reinforce good behaviors for your pup. (We might even have a few tips & tricks to offer.)

Every pup reacts to weather differently. We’ll be geared up and ready for whatever Mother Nature throws at us, but we understand that your pup might not be as agreeable.

In cases where it is too hot or cold for your pup to safely spend time outside, Dog Walks become Potty Breaks + Indoor Playtime. The priority is always for your pup to have a successful potty break, so we might make multiple trips outside as needed.

Field Trips can still take place in extreme weather. Contact Pamela for Field Trip options.
